Self Health practice of the art of healing science is a synthesis of the science of the human energy field and the wisdom that recognizes each person as the center of his or her own health, and healing as a process of personal evolution. As a healer certified by the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, I believe each person intrinsically brings what is needed for well-being and growth. I see my job as one of education and awakening to the truth held in your heart.

Self Health can benefit a variety of people,including those who seek to realize life goals; increase creative energy; understand family and relationship issues; or move through disease, grief, or feelings of alienation. My healing practice is designed to complement other forms of medical treatment.

The essence of my practice is an individual response to the deeper needs of your soul, which invites you to safely transform. I emphasize clarifying your intention for healing in order to align with your body's natural ability to heal itself. I help you open your heart to the earth's wisdom so that you can have a more meaningful relationship with the earth and your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

I ask you to align with the higher truth of your heart's destiny and notice whatever is pulling you away from yourself in the present. Be curious. Allow something different to happen!

Your work with me may include:

   • Guided imagery and relaxation

   • Brennan, MariEl, and hands-on healing techniques which
      balance, and strengthen the body's energy system, and
      remove the energetic blocks that create disease

   • Healing through tones and sound

   • Chakra work: restoring the energy vortexes within
      the body, helping them hold more light which makes
      healing possible

   • Journal writing and drawing

   • Ceremony

   • Medicine Wheel teachings

   • Hara work: aligning your soul's longing with spirit and
      the earth

   • Shadow work: using the transformational nature of
      spiritual healing to release negative beliefs, darkness,
      and pain.

   • I am also available for phone consultations and long
      distance healing
